Financial Support Request Form

This is a need-based financial support program for individuals who want to learn Collaborative Problem Solving, are paying out of pocket, and are impacted by financial constraints.

Assistance is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is granted for the specific training or certification cohort for which you are applying.

Financial Support request forms must be submitted by the indicated deadline. Unfortunately, we cannot review financial support requests after the deadline. Requests should include the cost of the application/registration fee, if applicable.

It is our goal to support everyone who makes a financial support request; however, high demand may impact how much we are able to support each requester. We will do our best to support your needs.

Financial support offers do expire, so be sure to review any communications that are sent in response to your request in a timely manner.

Financial assistance is available for:

CPS Training/Parent Class Participants:
- You must attend all four training days/all parent class sessions
- Requests are due two weeks before the first day of the training
CPS Certification Course Learners
- You must request support before applying
- Requests are due one month before the application deadline
- Approval letters will be sent out 2-3 weeks before application deadlines
