Financial Support Request Form

We are thrilled you're ready to further your knowledge about Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) with Think: Kids and take the next step in your journey!

The Financial Support Form is designed to help individuals who want to learn Collaborative Problem Solving but are impacted by financial constraints and paying out of pocket. We're here to support those in need so you can continue your CPS journey without financial barriers.

We aim to support everyone who makes a financial support request. However, the support we can offer each requester may be limited due to high demand. Please ensure that your request is submitted by the specified financial support deadline.

Unfortunately, we cannot review financial support requests for individuals who have not completed the required prerequisites or have applied after the training, course, or membership financial support deadline.

All requesters will receive an email with our decision and must complete a Financial Support Agreement Decision Form to confirm that you have reviewed and agreed with our decision. This form summarizes the support you requested and the decision regarding your financial support request.
