The STRONG Study Opt-Out Survey

The STRONG Study at Mass General is a research study to learn if and how child’s shed primary or “baby” teeth record information about their early life experiences. We are looking to recruit mothers and their children who were born from April 1, 2012 to November 4, 2013 to participate in this study.

By completing this Opt-Out survey, you are deciding NOT to participate in this study.

If you fill out this survey, our research team will NOT contact you to see if you are interested in participating. If you do choose to participate in The STRONG Research Study, you can still Opt-Out at any time. Your decision to Opt-Out of the study will not affect your medical care at Mass General in any way.
