We are the Medical Chronobiology Program team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. We are looking for healthy volunteers to participate in a new research study.

Did you know your body has an internal clock that affects almost everything you do-including how
you respond to exercise? We're studying whether the body clock (circadian rhythms) can impact
the health benefits you get from physical activity. You don't need to be a regular exerciser to
participate. By joining our research study, you'll help us uncover new ways to optimize exercise for
better health.

For inquiries, please contact us by email pacestudy@bwh.harvard.edu and one of our study team members will get back to you.
