Virex Plus Concentration Check

Note: prior to performing this test, check the expiration date of your test strips. Expired test strips will produce an inaccurate result.

Procedure:

Run Virex from the mixing station into the drain for 5 seconds
Dispense Virex into a clean container for the test
Dip an unused test strip into the Virex solution (not the foam)
Remove the strip immediately and compart it to the color chart on the front of the test strip dispenser

Virex Plus concentration must be a minimum of 800 ppm. If the result is less than 800 ppm, mark this test as FAIL in the questions below. An email will be sent automatically to ESD for follow up.
