Human Skin Disease Resource Center Scholar Grants

The Human Skin Disease Resource Center (HSDRC) at Brigham & Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School provides access to human specimens and cutting edge human analytic techniques to investigators at any institution who wish to carry out translational research on human skin disease.
The Center is committed to supporting diversity in skin disease research. We have funds available to support individuals from groups underrepresented in medicine (URiM) who wish to carry out projects through the Center. Center Scholar grants will provide up to $20,000 to support research stipends, laboratory supplies, reagents, and Center Services. Grants will be awarded on a rolling basis.

• Medical Residents
• Post-Doctoral Fellows

Technologies and Services provided by the HSDRC include:
• Access to human healthy skin, pathologic specimens of skin diseases, human skin grafted mice
• Single cell RNA sequencing, CITE-seq, ATAC-seq, mass cytometry (CyTOF), multiplex immunostaining, single cell imaging, NanoString RNA & DNA profiling, digital spatial profiling
