If you continue through this application process, you will be asked to read through our orientation and submit the signed booklet and your government-issued ID. Overview of Mass General Volunteer Application After the interview: 

STEP 1: Create a Beeline account and submit your demographic information.

STEP 2: Create an Okta account and submit your medical requirements through ServiceNow 
Journey.

STEP 3: Create a HireRight account and complete your background check submission via 
HireRight.

STEP 4: Complete the annual training required in HealthStream.

The onboarding process, from the interview to your start date, will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
