We would like your help with a brief survey of 379 U.S. emergency departments (EDs). This is a follow-up to annual national surveys conducted over the past eight years. Your ED's responses to prior surveys have contributed to publications on several topics, including ED telehealth use. If you would like a copy of any of these papers, please let us know and we'll send it to you!
You are receiving this survey, because your ED previously reported using teletrauma for patient evaluation. This survey will gather information from ED leaders in order to better characterize and understand the different ways in which teletrauma is used. This will inform future research to help standardize teletrauma outcomes assessments and inform policy for rural trauma care. This study is funded by The Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation.
If you are unable to quickly find the precise answer, we welcome your best estimate. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about the study, please contact us at emnet@partners.org or at 617-643-5674
