20th Annual Young Adult Cancer Conference

Thank you for your interest in attending the 20th Annual Young Adult Cancer Conference! This year the Young Adult Cancer Conference will take place on Saturday April 20, 2024 in person at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at the Longwood Campus at 450 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215 from 9-5 PM! Validated parking on site is available. 

The Young Adult Program (YAP) welcomes any young adult with cancer or a blood disorder from ages 18-early 40s and their support person to attend this event. Please reach out to yap@dfci.harvard.edu if you have any questions or run into any problems. Registration is required. Please complete the form below to register for the events, and ensure that each person (paitents and caregivers) interested in attending registers separately.
